In our first set of 2023-2024 Awards we identify the best schools in the UAE across major curriculum families. Our last award here, but not least, celebrates the best new schools to have opened in the region in the last five years as we have watched their extraordinary impact on children.

Category 2: Best Schools for Specialist Areas and providing a “Whole Child” rounded education for children

In our second set of 2023-2024 Awards, we recognise and celebrate beacon schools in specialist subjects. Finalist schools here provide benchmarks in areas that develop the whole child beyond academics in areas such as sport, dance, theatre, fine arts, in engineering, technology, and so on. Finally we recognise schools that stand out for their inclusion, welcome to all children and the progress they help their children make beyond expectation. We will be adding notes to our finalists as we work through the final phase of our work with Judges.

In our third class of just two awards, we celebrate the best school innovators and the power of global partnerships and technology. These are schools that provide benchmarks in the way subjects are taught – and showcase  the potential of our best schools to unite departments across a school to solve complex problems by uniting the Arts and the Sciences and inspiring the creativity of each child’s imagination and the natural curiosity and problem solving  gifts of the intellect. We will be adding notes to our finalists as we work through the final phase of our work with Judges.

In our fourth class of awards we celebrate schools that place the well-being, happiness and care of children centre stage in the education that they provide for students. We will be adding notes to our finalists as we work through the final phase of our work with Judges.
