ECA provision we rank outstanding and the school offers both the Extended Project Qualification [EPQ] as well as community initiatives within the capital and overseas.

Facilities include two football fields, two swimming pools and a beginners’ pool, outdoor and indoor basketball and netball courts, 300m and 100m running tracks, well – equipped library, two shaded outdoor play areas, three indoor sports halls, cricket field, dance studio, canteen with full kitchen and two (fabulous) libraries. Investment is significant and ongoing with the launch of the new purpose built Al Yasmina British Academy Campus coming in stream in phases over the next three years (see below).

Jennie Kellett, Head of Secondary at Aldar’s Al Yasmina British Academy, told SchoolsCompared.com:

“We are very proud of our A-Level students this year as we celebrate the best results Al Yasmina has ever seen.

This cohort are particularly unique as this is the first external examination series since the pandemic began; with their GCSEs cancelled and centre assessed grades being awarded.

Their passion for learning and pure grit and determination have produced an outstanding set of results that have exceeded expectations across the board – and with notable performances across Science, Further Mathematics, Economics, Psychology, The Arts, Languages, and the Extended Project Qualification.
